Wishing UpON a sTAR
the past week of trauma has caused me to have herpes outbreak... it's the first time of herpes outbreak i am experiencing.. and i have NO idea where do i get that from. dun worry, mine is herpes type 1, not the type 2 which is the STD. and though there are 2 types in TYPE 1, mine is on mouth, not the genital area.

In addition, some have found that excessive usage of antibiotics can limit the immune system's ability to keep the disease within the nerve ganglia. Allergic reactions can also trigger an outbreak, chronic herpes genitalis may be caused by a chronic undiagnosed low-level food allergy for example.
Herpes is contracted through direct skin contact with an infected person, and less frequently by indirect contact, in particular by sharing lip balm. The virus travels through tiny breaks in the skin or through moist areas, but symptoms may not appear for up to a month or more after infection. doctor said i must have been too stress, that's why immune system down a little. guess so.
but my concern is where do i get this shit from? damn it, it's incurable and contagious. hope not to transmit to anyone around me.. NOT even to eugene..
anyway, ppl, from now on, to be safe.. pls dun share drinks with me.. sigh
