I can't take nursing...
"As an undergraduate, you might want to take note of the MOE Tuition Grant Policy. As stipulated by the MOE, students from a local University (NUS/ NTU/ SMU) who have completed more than two semesters and are seeking a transfer or an admission to a new course will no longer enjoy the MOE Tuition Grant Subsidy. Hence, if you are successful with your application to undertake the BSc (Nursing) programme in AY2006, you will be required to pay the full fees."
it's the first time i that i want something so badly... can i promise that i will try my best and put in my best in Nursing if i am given...? can i promise that i will contribute back to the society...?
things are not that easy i guess, since things have to be go by LAW.. will they make an exception for new course taker...?
sigh...
guess i am jus not in his plan to take Nursing.. why is there a suddenly addition of course without any notice....? Nursing is just there.. right in front of me.. and i can't even take the chance..
